Career Experience
Greg has over twenty years of leadership experience and has held executive-level positions in Sales, Marketing and  
Business Development.  His career has taken him from large corporations like Xerox and Silicon Graphics to smaller,
entrepreneurial start-ups like Netscape and CommerceOne.  Greg had the opportunity during his career to work with
hundreds of large to mid-sized companies and learned first-hand how get results within various cultures and political

Greg works with business people in diverse leadership roles at early stage start-up companies to large, Fortune 10 global
organizations.  He has helped his clients and their teams significantly enhance their effectiveness in achieving their business
and personal objectives.  He specializes in working with successful leaders in roles that span the "C" suite to high-potential
executives who are being groomed to lead the organization.

Education and Affiliations
Greg is a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the
International Coach Federation (ICF).  He served on the 2010 ICF Ethics and Standards Committee. Greg holds a B.S.
Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in High Technology Management.  He served for two years on the
Board of Directors of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association of Northern California.

Greg is a certified facilitator, Enneagram practitioner, mindfulness teacher and somatic awareness instructor.
